Driving Reins
Why knot two lungelines together when you need to ground drive?
Made from 1" ribbed cotton webbing as found on bridle reins,
these reins are joined by an easy-to-use, heavy plastic buckle.
Swivel bolt snaps with rounded ends will go through terrets and
D rings as small as 1 inch. The first ten feet of each rein is sewn
round making it easier for the reins to slide through rings while
working. Available in 35", 30" and 18" lengths (each
rein).

“... driving lines get the
blue ribbon for driving lines. Because of the quality of the webbing,
these lines have an ideal feel ... We especially like that they
are available in extra long for use with large horses and for performing
arena figures.”
Michael Plumb's Horse Journal, October 1995

The Driving Strap
Like our Stirrup Keeper™ for lungeing, the
Driving Strap keeps stirrups from 'traveling' and distracting the
horse during ground driving. Made from soft cotton web with D rings
in the middle, the Driving Strap goes under the horse's belly and
loops around each stirrup in the 'down' position. Suitable for English
or Western saddles. A must if you put your driving reins thru the
stirrups and want them to stay in place!
Colors: Natural, Tan, Brown, Black, Navy, Red
